 Lindy Dolezan, International Sales Supervisor
When Lindy came to Motor State in 1994 he brought with him a total
of 15 years of experience in the automotive parts and machine shop business.
For the last four years, he has been deeply involved in the success of our
International Sales Department. When Lindy is not watching a sporting event
involving his children, he can likely be found hunting, fishing or enjoying a
round of golf.

 Doug Needles
A competitive drag racer for 4 years,
and a kart racer for 14 years, Doug recently took his racing experience in a
new direction. He and his son are campaigning
a limited late model stock car at Kalamazoo Speedway. Still involved in karting,
Doug builds kart engines for other racers.

 Ryan Kiser
A key member of our International Sales team, Ryan is a devoted family
man, actively involved in both the children's ministry and the worship team
at his church. He enjoys camping, most sports, and would someday like to own
a '67 Camaro SS396.

 Robert Ledesma
The bilingual member of our International Sales team, Robert provides an
important link between us and many valuable customers. In his spare time, he
enjoys football, golf, and spending time with his family. He would like to
someday restore a '61-'64 Chevy Impala.

 James Rockey
"Rocky" likes all forms of racing, whether the racing surface is dirt, sand or asphalt in a circle or
a straight line. An associate since 1995, "Rocky" recently joined our telephone sales team after a four year
stint in our retail showroom. Currently building a sand drag buggy, Rocky is well-versed in all facets of
the performance scene and enjoys attending racing events in the area.
